在您的支持和信任之下，为保障您的利益，使您得到更好更优质的服务，我司在此做出如下承诺：
With your support and trust, in order to protect your interest and provide you with better and higher-quality service, we guarantee as followings:
一、安装与调试 Installation and debugging
我方所提供的设备质量优良，已通过出厂质量检验。我方对所提供的设备负责现场安装与调试直至系统正常运行。
The product we provided is of high-quality, and in accordance with the quality standard set by the manufacturer. We will carry out the installation and debugging work to have t the system run normally.
二、质保期内所提供服务 The service provided within the warranty period.
1.我们保证为货物提供为期 1 年的保修，保修时间从验收签字起起计算。在质保期内我方将严格遵守中华人民共和国的相关法律和法规对货物提供“三包”等售后服务,除非合同另行规定。
We will provide 1 years of warranty period beginning from the signing of the certificate of acceptance, We will faithfully abide by the relevant laws, statutes and regulations promulgated by the People’s Republic of China and provide “Three Guarantees” and other after-sales services concerning the Goods, unless stipulated otherwise in the Contract
2.在保修期内由我方设备出现的故障，我方将在24小时之内响应，接到通知后72小时之内到现场服务所需费用由我方承担。
We will respond within 24 hours concerning the malfunction of the equipments (non-artificial factors), upon receipt of the notice, we will provide on-site service within 72 hours assuming the charges.
3.我们在中国国内设有（或委托）永久性常驻维修机构处理所有维修服务，并配有专职的、具有三年以上相应工作经验的技术人员。备品备件等供应充足完全可以满足用户五年所需。在委托中国国内永久性常驻维修机构承担维修服务时，我们将提供具有法律效力的相关证明文件。
We have (or entrust) permanent facilities in China to provide repair and maintenance services stationed with professional technical personnel with three years of similar experience. The spare parts are sufficient to meet the needs of the users for five years. If entrust permanent facilities in China to do such work, we will provide the relevant legally effective certificates.
三、技术服务与人员培训Technical service and training
1.安装调试完成后我方将在安装现场为需方培训指定的技术员，使其能独立完成与设备、系统有关的各项操作，以及使用时注意的事项和常见简单故障的处理，保证用户对仪器能进行熟练的操作和日常维护。
We will train the appointed technicians at the project-site responding to the requirements of the end-users, thus, the technicians can complement all kind of operations relating to the equipments or system, have an understanding of the proceedings , deal with the normal malfunction. After the training, the end-users can carry on the operation and daily maintenance fluently.
2. 我方负责提供 2 年以上设备运行保障及软件升级服务；
We will supply the service of 2 year operation of equipments and upgrade of the software
